Vice City stories - extortion mission

Hi. Im doing the extortion mission at my first business empire ( marty's building) and have succesfully carried out the 15/15 jobs however after completing the 15th job and my extortion rating being maxed out, im still required to do more jobs??? Why is this? Any help would appreciated.

You are not required too but you can if you want.

Just quit the jobs. Press R3 I think I cant remember though.

You're are not required to do more jobs, you just can if your a little short on cash. The missions are completed once your extortion rating has been maxed out.
