Anyone know any Agents that can rent out House for you if abroad?

    Can you do this? Has anyone ever rented out a house while you are out of the country? What would happen if there is a problem when you're not there? What agents do this?

    You pay them a percentage of the rent to look after the place while you're not there - they'll solve problems but you'll have to pay for them obviously. Any residential agent that has a property management team will do it

    KPM, Hooke & MacDonald, Wyse, Lowe, Lisney I think all do it. Charge about 10 per cent of rent. I haven't used any of them myself though so others might be able to give recommendations
