Don't suppose anyone knows of any site that would use say google maps and have roads marked in red or whatever and displaying what time the traffic is bad on that road at and how long extra to add to a journey plan etc? When it comes to traffic management we're in the dark ages.. we don't even have TMC, so we're not going to have what you're looking for any time soon..
