Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    In all fairness the service is not rubbish - bit ott be calling it that! The performance has been uncharacteristically bad recently but they're giving us a free game (hopefully something decent!). If it doesn't sort itself out soon though I may be looking or $5m too

    This free game thing baffles me. It's obviously gonna have to be something entirely new as if they started handing out say, Bomberman Live for nothing then it's not fair on the people who already paid for Bomberman Live.

    Have been reading on other forums about people getting notice of having to renew gold membership when they haven't been able to play online for nearly 3 weeks!

    They can keep the free game. It's a bit early for them to offer anything seeing how the problems still exist. Can they sort out live first and then issue a free game. Lets face it. MS offer a free game and everyone goes in and downloads it........I see live not working properly while that's going on.

    only that i read it here, i wouldnt have thought there was any problem.

    i havnt had one problem at all with xbox live in recent times.

    worked perfect, lovely pings no probs.

    My service is still crap turn on the xbox try and connect to live and it takes ages for hte console to respond.

    Ah, was wondering why it was acting all strange yday. It connects to live but on the marketplace it just sits there sometimes and does nothing :-/ Ah well.

    Seems to be different for everyone though. I couldnt get into marketplace and couldnt get a custom game on Halo3 going but then had no problem with a few custom games on CoD. Strange.

    I had that about 2 weeks back, done a cache rest which *may* have fixed it
