Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone come across this before...its a consistent fail.

I record a DVD with the Philips DVD recorder and finalize disk. Grand.
I put the burned DVD into the PC drive and start playback with windows media player. Then after 4minutes and 47 seconds it stalls.

This is consistent across all dvd's recorded in this way.
I then tried to playback with WinDVD(program thatcomes with dell pc's) and it fine..no stalls.
The disks plays back fine in the dvd recorder also but I'm trying to backup films in avi format and the program I use 'Pocket DVD' stalls at 4:47 also..

If you know why this is happening or can offer any advice/suggestions please post a reply here...thanks..P.S. I ran a disk through a decrypter this morning but she still stalled.
    :(
