Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

BuyCosmetics: Guaranteed Christmas Delivery???

Hi. Just looking for some help here. I received a mail from BuyCosmetics.com around the 13th or 14th of December - it said if I ordered before midnight I'd get guaranteed Christmas delivery. I did this, and am still waiting for the goods.

I've since (annoyingly) deleted the mail with the guarantee in it. Does anyone have a copy of it that they could forward on to me? I'm not sure what my rights are so I'd like to read the t&c. BuyCosmetics are notoriously (in my experience) bad at answering emails.

    Thanks in advance.

They probably only guaranteed Christmas delivery to the U.K. I would say your goods are caught up in the postal system somewhere.

No it was definitely to Ireland. I didn't make the mistake of thinking I lived in the UK. Has anyone got this mail? I still haven't gotten the goods, and would love to read the mail, I wonder what my rights are - they aren't replying to my mails.
