Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it showing online that she's due registration credit or has she received any already?

That warning message comes up any time you register an IMEI, to warn that any credit you MIGHT already be receiving will be cancelled by this one as you can only be receiving one batch of credits (10 per month) at a time.

When you port with any network, it's usually registering your details (name address etc) that get's you the credit, not the IMEI. Check online to see how much she's getting, if it says only €120 is coming her way, then give their helpdesk a call and they should be able to sort you out with the missing €40
