HI there new to the boards, but i want to buy a digital camera, now i know next to nothing about them, but im looking to spend between 80 -130 euro. Something basic, but yet surely i can get some decent brand for that money?? Would a memory card cost mucH??

OK. Not what we had in mind: You should browse to the appropriate board:
ex: Arts -> Photography ( http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=27 )
Then, create New Thread.

What will the camera be used for?

Cards are cheap enough, and usually getting cheaper: SD cards are probably cheapest. mx2.co.uk and shop4memory.com sell them cheap.
