bathroom radiator with towel rail?

hi,

am looking to buy a bathroom radiator with a heated towel rail. it would need to be about 2500btu.
have looked in b+q and homebase and they seem to be about 600euro.

any other places selling them at a better price?

any other tips/advice?

Go to one of the more trade specific places rather than the likes of B&Q etc.

Try Arcon, Hevac, Heatmerchants, Davies, PH Ross, H&V Sales, Chadwicks, ATC, etc. Most have showrooms so you can put in and get some brochures.

You'll find all the numbers and addresses in the phonebook or on line.

This is an email I got from PH Ross in Dublin 7. They do lots and are cheap enough.. Hope this helps
We doa heated towel rail which will give you an output of 2259 btu's. The size is 1600x500mm and is available in white or chrome, flat of curved. The RRP ? are as follows

1600x500mm flat white @ € 199.00
1600x500mm flat chrome @ € 292.00
1600x500mm curved white @ € 199.00
1600x500mm curved chrome @ € 346.00

There's a huge markup on most stuff that they sell in the likes of B&Q. I work in the trade and I find it hilarious how much they get away with charging for plumbing fittings and the like.

really dont want to pay these prices,might just get a normal rad and an electric towel rack warmer....

I take it you didn't try the places I mentioned?

i tried them all right,still too expensive for me...
so will just put in a normal rad.
i will put in an electric towel rack and maybe stick a towel rail above the rad.
