Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It's just suddenly stopped wanting to send messages (I have credit) but it's put two in my outbox now and saying "waiting" and when i try send any others(new messages) it does the same. Anyone know why?

    Try clearing the outbox and then retrying with a new message.

    Check your message centre number is correct (post your network and phone model if you don't know how to do this).

    Try your SIM in another phone.

    Report to the network.
