Budgie question

Planning on getting one of those things you plug into a socket with deters rats and other rodents away, just wondering would this affect a budgie?

I had one plugged in for years not in the same room as the animals but my budgies guineapigs and even gerbils were not effected it only seemed to get rid of mice in the attic for some reason your birds shouldn be effected double check the box though in case there are new ones out.

Cheers. I'll make I check. It won't be plugged in the same room as my budgie either, so should be ok.
