    Hey guys,

Can anybody recommend a good driving Instructor in Dundalk? I have failed my test twice already!I am only up in dundalk until next august and I heard that doing your test up here is not so bad. I just want someone who knows the routes and can give useful info and tips. If anybody can recommend some names I would appreciate it.

    Thanks!

I passed my test on the third time :-). I had a woman driving instructor, Sharon, who has a business called <SNIP>. She is a DIR/ADI member and has a dual-control car etc. that you can hire for the test too, or use your own. She told me that she's moving to Drogheda very soon and will be looking for clients in Louth, so I guess this has to include Dundalk - I've read that there's no test centre in Drog so if you live there you sit your test in Dundalk or Navan?

Anyway, <SNIP> I thought she was a very good instructor - I would have passed first time if I'd gone to her earlier - she was very good at pointing out the thnigs I was likely to get marked down on. She was also very well organised, e.g. she called to confirm appointments. Give her a try.
