i hope this is'nt a stupid question but does the TRS on your mortgage decrese at the begining of each year? i recevied a letter yesterday saying that ours had dropped by 60€ and we have had our mortgage less than 1 year. Any input before I call them would be helpful just incase this is the norm. Thanks.:o

Hasn't changed for me, I looked back as far as July of last year, always the same. Give them a ring they'll tell you fairly quick I should think.

Depends how much interest you pay every year.

Its probably you paid a little bit more in capital and little bit less interest after year 1 which might explain the less relief you get..
