PRTB efficiency?

Just wondering if any landlord has had to use the PRTB to help in chasing unpaid rent, or to help evict a tenant for same? How efficient or otherwise is the process? I mean it's all very well in theory ........... Thanks! /M.

I'm curious about this too, one of my friend's housemates is in massive arrears with the rent. So far the landlord seems fairly casual about it, but they're joint and severally liable, so it'd be nice if the person in question pays up instead of the landlord falling back to thgat.
