He's done the same thing like 4 times. He did it to me, vectra and you. Someone else aswel I think. The way I look at it is if your going to buy something make sure you want it and make sure you have the money etc. Not rocket science.
And btw flunked I dont mean to be hard on you its just the person on the other end dosent really thinks its good after the bother they've went through.

i dont mind, its him missing out, its a gret deal, the motor and the electrics on thier own are worth more than what im asking, just dont have time for them any more, somone will get a bargian

Plug and myself have went to some serious rounds to get this fellow a good deal to get him going. only to get the same old responce when it is all sorted. I personally forget how many times he did this to me. i even got accused of being a timewaster on Maxbashing forum over him.
