Where should I go to change a driving licence from Eruopean into Irish? How long do I have to wait and how much does it cost?? Do I need any picture? I'v got full driving licence.

Motor tax office, queues can be ten minutes to 2 hours depending on time of day. Price is up to 25 euro for a ten year Irish licence.
