    Hi

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant in town to get a gift voucher for.
    It's from someones engagement present.
Probably plain European food is best.

    Thanks

Coach Lane was a good choice. Decent sized portions too.

I heard great things about Coach Lane, and ended up paying for a meal neither me or my friend enjoyed. Lovely atmosphere, but over rated. The starters and desserts are good, not so much the main courses.

Has anyone tried that restaurant upstairs from centra in castle street called Mardee's? I'd be interested to hear anyone's opinions.
