    The electric sunroof wont open just wondering would this make my car fail the test?

    The lads in the letterkenny test centre will fail random cars.

    U might still pass.

    Neither is having the county name in Irish above the number plate, but you'll fail for that. However, it's unlikely they'll even look at it, they never tried mine when it went through. If it's not on the list they shouldn't look at it at all.
