Radiators staying hot

Two radiators in my house (c. 2 years old) are staying hot all the time although the thermostat is turned to 0 (The thermostats are the indivdual ones on each radiator). This has started only in the last month or so. Any suggestions as to what could be the cause?

Those thermostats just rely on a simple plunger type valve, meaning that if the adjuster (with the 0 to 5 setting) is loose, it won't close off the radiator properly. Try remove the thermostat (it just screws onto the valve - no risk of leaks!) and reattach it again.
If that fails, use the tap on the other side of the radiator to close it, but make sure to count the turns so that you can set it back to the way it was and keep the system balanced!
