Why is text a different colour on website?

09-01-2008 4:57pm#1I am using a trial version on Expression Web at the moment untill I get the full version. I seem to be finding my way round it slowly but I have one problem that I cannot fathom out. I have a table and the text that is in the cells is black, but when I publish it and open that web page the text is yellow and I've tried everything that I can with my limited knowlegde of Expressions but just can't fix it. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?0

If you don't want to show us the website, open the HTML for the page you've created and copy and paste the line of incorrect text here so we can take a look at it.
You may need to copy and paste some other stuff after that, but we'll be able to figure it out for you.
Note you'll be able to find the line by doing a find for the text which is being displayed in yellow0 -
It could be a CSS class causing it so seeing the whole page may benefit.0

Comic Sans AARGH!
If you want a quick fix then change your .style6 to a different colour - right now .style6 is set to yellow #FFFF00, you can change this to #000000 for example which will give you black.
If you want to know why this is the case then I suggest you look into CSS and HTML here for example. This is one reason why using this kind of program is not used by Webmasters as it eventually becomes a massive block of seemingly meaningless code that you can't track easily.
