Okay, here's a bit of constructive criticism from somebody that can't do any better
You're having more success with the cuts than you are with the blends. And I'm not surprised, because you'd need to be a genius on the turntables to keep those tracks in sync. The transition from 'Oh Yeh Soweto' to 'Brand New Wayo' works well. There's no messing around. Just a quick cut from A to B. I think that's perfect for this type of music. It takes the stress out of it for you and it keeps it exciting for the listener. Of course that's not gonna work all the time. So maybe work on your blends a bit, but be prepared to use a quick cut a bit more.
My only other criticism would be to keep the mixing somewhat consistent. There's a really gentle fade from 'The Little You Say' to 'Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes'. That would work well if this was a playlist, but in a DJ set it kills the energy a bit. So try to keep things moving all the time.
Anyway, the music.... no complaints here! I love it. Where in god's name you came across this stuff is anyone's guess, but keep it coming!

Cheers man, food for thought. Tbh it wasn't meant to be in a DJ set, it was just a mix for a friend but I get what you're saying. My blending/mixing needs a hell of a lot of work. Thanks for the feedback!0 -
