Ulster Banks Tracker Rates

Hi, would anyone know if Ulster Bank do a tracker rates for 80-100% mortgage. Just checked my variable rate is currently high 5.6% and cant seem to find the tracker rate I am after.

All the tracker rates are less than 5.6%.
LTV over 80% you may get a rate of 5.25% and less if you have a ufirst a/c.
