Not sure if it's been shown before but just to remind everyone that wants to watch it to keep their eyes peeled for it on Thursdays from 12am - 1am on Sky Sports 3 (Don't take my word on this, but I think that's the weekly scheduled time). That is all.

I know what you mean. Listening to the commentry can sometimes provide great tips to improve bowling though. Especially if you don't want to pay for lessons!
