Smart Broadband upload/php issues anyone?

Had my line and router 'upgraded' by smart a few weeks back and its seems to have left me without the ability to upload anything most specifically by ftp. I do some web development on the side and this has made it impossible. Anybody else having the same problem? Im based in Smithfield Market :eek:
