Why go to Mallow? It's miles away (approx 30) when you can go to Macroom (14 miles away) There is The Castle Hotel and there is the newly opened Waterside Hotel, on the Killarney Road, just outside Macroom.

Not being picky but its called the Riverside Hotel.

Castle Hotel would be nicer than the Riverside, you'll get a decent price in both.
