Anyone have any experience of these bikes?

Looking for an inexpensive winter bike, will be replacing my crashed carbon at some point but in the meantime...

    Briza 1.0 (£279.99)

    Storm 3.0 (£349.99)

As far as I can see main advantage of the Storm component-wise is the carbon fork. Does anyone have an opinion on whether the frame is better?

Had a Trek 1000 before and was very happy with that so looking for something comparable.

I take it I am going to have to swap the brake cables?
