Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey Guys

Well I posted in this forum a while ago about Roaming in Korea, having spoken to all Carriers here in Ireland. Not a single person could give me a definite yes. Having researched a phone I could buy here and take with me, I have come up with a few details that I know for a fact:

GSM is useless I need a phone that does the 2000/2100mhz frequency.

    Korea does the top-up/prepaid mechanism

*Know that they do prepaid, I would like to be able to purchase phone here or online that will work in Korea so that once I get out of the airport, I just need to go buy a sim? I have looked at expansys.ie and expansys.kr and alot of the models are the same, could I buy the Toshiba Portége G500 from expansys and take it with me?

There is no GSM in Korea, but there is 3G, so perhaps a 3G phone would work out of the box.
