So, enough of your Metallica versus Megadeth (by the way, its megadeth all the way), how's about the true greats of real thrash metal; Testament or Exodus?

I prefer Numbers. A little after Exodus' time perhaps, but still Old school.

Testament any day. Tried my best over the years to get into Exodus, and while I like some of their stuff, tbh a lot of it stuff bores me. Whereas I love everything that Testament have released!

I love old skool Exodus, but their new stuff in comparison to Testament is shocking, talk about metal core crap. Psh.

Exodus were a great band, but these days i think they badly need to review themselves.

Has to be Testament. The Gathering is one of the finest pieces of thrash I've ever heard. Then The Legacy, The New Order, Practice... all top of the range, and more consistent, than Exodus.
They also have Chuck Billy.

I saw exodus alright before in the voodoo lounge the night before slayer played the point,I think it was the unholy alliance tour,they tore the place apart,they were unreal
