I'm really interested in taking up climbing or some other outdoor activity, and was wondering if some people could offer some advice.
I live in Galway city, and I'm a student. One possible problem I think is that I don't have a car so getting places may prove difficult.
If someone could recommend any other outdoor pursuit/activity I'm all ears, I'm willing to give most things a chance but lack of transport is limiting.
I know there's a climbing wall in NUIG is there a club there, and what are the requirements for joining.

UCG does have a climbing club, I'd imagine you'd have to be a student in the college to join.
