Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Girlfriend got a u600 on Meteor Talk 300 yesterday but when she sends off that text to see how many minutes and texts she has left as part of her bundle she is told there are 0 minutes and 0 messages left. How long does it normally take for these to go through? Oh and im thinking about going in to get a g600 today on the…

They should go through straight away but she wont get the full 300 minutes/50 texts during the first month.

They are allocated pro rata so it depends on her billing date. Say her billing date in the 15th of each month and she signed up on the 13th of this month then she will only be charged for the 2 days and allocated that percentage of her talk plan. It wont be 0 but she may have used her small allocation within those 2 days meaning that she has 0 remaining until her next billing date.
