There's a Dublin - Vancouver route starting in the summer with FlyGlobespan. Works out around 700-800 return last time I checked.

Otherwise you will pay between 800 and 1200 dependening when you fly.

have you looked at going via san francisco or seattle? i'd check out
www.expedia.com for internal north american flights that would give you an idea then use www.opodo.co.uk for flights from europe, when you going?

Dub - Chicago - Seattle is quite a good option.
