Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    From IGN

Last August, 3D Realms head George Broussard suggested that the studio would like to develop a version of its classic PC first-person shooter, Duke Nukem 3D, for Xbox Live, all but saying that the ball was in Microsoft's court, but unwilling to elaborate with details. On Monday, sources close to 3D
Realms, which is separately working on the long-in-development next installment in the beloved franchise, Duke Nukem Forever, confirmed to IGN that Duke Nukem 3D is, in fact, scheduled to debut on Xbox Live within the next several months. And best of all, it'll feature a four-player online cooperative mode over Live. Insiders also allege that it will boast an eight-player online deathmatch mode.

Duke Nukem 3D released for PC in early 1996 and soon became a runaway hit. The title helped define the iconic videogame hero, who spit out one-liners nearly as often as he gunned down alien scum. Duke Nukem 3D also raised the bar over then-benchmark shooters like Doom, featuring the ability to look up and down, as well as offering inventive new gadgets and weapons like the jet pack and laser trip wires.

Look out for more information on the project in the not-too-distant future.

If its 3 full episodes for 800 points, it'll be a bargain.
Episode 1 is still the best, but I'd love to play it all again.

ah yes, I can't remember how many evenings I whiled away in the in-game dirty movie booths or strip club. Thems were the days.

Multiplayer Duke was excellent. I'd much prefer to see Shadow Warrior however. It's was much better than Duke since it was consistently brilliant from start to finish and multiplayer was far better due to the wonderful assortment of weapons. Sticky bomb like you!
