O2 broadband settings

I just flashed my O2 Huawei broadband modem, and settings were ofcourse disappeared

, what should i enter to settings, apn? username? password?

In the picture above, protocol CHAP is selected, is this what ur was looking for?

Has anyone come across this problem, with a extended usb cable and e1752
working intermittently?

os -winxp sp3
its on a dell 9150

when using the usb dongle on its own it works fine, but the connection is crap, when i try and use it with an extended usb cable i get 629,619 etc errors. Anyone have any ideas?
