Looking for office space

Hi,

My young IT consultancy company is seeking for a private office space that could be sub-rented to us.
We are looking at something small and cheap (10 square meters max) in the city center.
Ideally if the office could be lockable would be great.
Ideally if we could use existing (On a VLAN) or order our private internet connection would be great too.
Ideally if the office space could have a big table/desk with 3 chairs.

This would be used by 3 people maximum at any time. Mostly only one guy will be sitting here every day.

We do not need telephone lines.

Yea was going to suggest them too.... i think they rent by the desk... from memory €300/desk/month... Although if you grew to more than 3 people it would probably make more sense to find a permanent office space.

They also have dedicated offices and there are a number of businesses there that have more than 10 employees.
