Bought a car from a certain well known car dealer in November and was given a three month warranty on it.

Last month my boyfriend was driving the car at about 20km/h and he veered off the road into a ditch, there was no ice on the road. The steering wheel knocks constantly, and the car bounces when turning corners.

We brought the car back today to have it looked at, but they said they can't find anything wrong with it?

    What are my options??

Bring it to another garage, get them to check it out and get paperwork to back up whatever the mechanic says there. Bring that to the dealer

sounds like the shocks are damaged. the bouncing would explain that. although it could be a warped rim effecting the tyre. is the rim damaged?
