Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Ah no, seriously, I've never seen it in Ireland. Unless McHugh's stock it. But I've never looked for it. It's not the best of beers, imo, and I much prefer the Monteith's range from NZ.

    I'm fairly sure I've seen their Gold Medal ale in the usual places around Dublin. I agree it's pretty boring -- I doubt I could tell it from Carlsberg in a blind tasting.

    McHughs on Kilbarrack Rd had it for a while, 330ml bottles? you could phone them to see when its coming back. I actually liked the Gold Medal Ale. It was a tad bland, but nice in its own way. And definitely had a lot more flavour/character about it than an Carlsberg or Irish Heineken.
