Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    ok guys im not too sure if i updated my system properly or not. i dont have wireless so done it by disk. How will i know?? the screen fades out when the console is knocked off, is that a feature of the new update (dec update) . If update is working why is divx not. Im using the offical divx program 2 make divx but its not reading it . Please Help:D:D:D

    The codecs are not part of the update itself (just the ability to recognise them), it won't download them until you try play one.
    Not sure if you can install them off a CD, I know the issue has come up here a few times, so maybe try search and see if anyone got it fixed?

    As far as I know you have to be able to connect to live and it goes and d/l the codec required, never has to do it again after, providing its a matching xbox & hardrive, not someone elses HD and a diff serial number on console....

    Ive had trouble with it because ive gone through 3 xboxes and kept the original HD, have to be connected to live all the time for it to work, wont work offline....
