Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I ordered a bill phone on vodafone.ie on the 27th of December, I instantly received a confirmation email. I eventually got the phone on Jan 11th, after making four calls to see what the hold up was. Each time they told me the order wasn't on their database and advised me to reorder. I told them I wasn't arsed placing the order again and five minutes later they found the order. So much for delivery within 24 hours.

I rang them on Friday morning to see what the hold up was with porting my number from o2 to vodafone. I was told it would be completed in a few hours. Grand. I waited nothing happened.

Since last Friday I've made 15-20 calls to vodafone and I still haven't been properly ported, despite promising it'll be sorted after every call. I have two sims sharing the same number at the moment, all inbound calls go to my old o2 sim and I can only make calls from my new vodafone sim. To top it off I've been without Vodafone coverage since Wednesday morning. They've assured me it'll be sorted tomorrow and offered me two months free line rental. In retrospect I probably should have stuck with o2.
