So... continueing this debate in here... do you think that the Northern Ireland tops should be on display and sold in both the city and the international airport?
I don't see any reason why not. They would generate more revenue for the airports.

I agree. Why shouldn't they be?

Yes, alongside Republic of Ireland one's like and maybe some scottish  Don't see why there would be a problem like as people should be able to support who they like and not have to worry what other people think:D

There should be no restrictions imo. Celtic, Rangers, NI and ROI tops should be available to buy in the airport and the city. Wearing them is a different issue.

Is it just football tops the airport sells? Maybe they could sell Belfast Giants tops too for all the tourists that want something different.

And then there's the Team Ireland Ice Hockey and Cricket teams that have done really well in the last 12 months, should their merchandice be on sale too.

I guess it's up to the retailer what they want to sell, i'm sure there is no restrictions anyway.

Maybe there's a great business opportunity there. Open a shop that specialises in Northern Irish/All Ireland sports team merchandice.

I really cant see the sale of a few Football tops increasing revenue that much.

However I see your point and they should. But there is a lot of things that should happen in NI that just don't and vice versa. :(

Why are the NI football shirts almost always nicer than the ROI shirts? Thats what I always thought anyway.
