Not sure if they have been mentioned already, but there is a milk bar in Moore Street Mall in Dublin, complete with a 'babcia' who makes fantastic pierogi. There is also 'Party Cake' on Capel Street which is a sweet bakery.

I like Polish food - it doesn't look like much, but tastes lovely.
Bigos - yum.
