Anyone see that email going around this week? - Some guy whose girlfriend had an abortion without telling him; he freaked and emailed everyone she knew at work dishing out scandal.

Have the text but I'm reluctant to post it - Lots of names named.

Nasty stuff. People get the weirdest notions using emails.

There was some girl who was dumped by her b/f. She decided to get revenge by posting pics of him in her undies. Thing was it was a marketing ploy, as you had to visit some page with loads of pop-ups and banner ads! Good idea though!

I agree, I tend to keep anything that does happen quiet, between the people involved. If I did get that angry I'm not sure I'd want AH mocking me!

I have the inability to hurt people anyway (as in I'm a doormat) so I would feel so guilty e-mailing about some one's private life.

Surprisingly, amongst the rubbish I get sent through e-mail, I haven't received this one yet.

From what I have read elsewhere it does appear to be real.
I do feel sorry for everyone named in it.
Must be a barrel of laughs heading in to work for them all in the morning and the families of the people involved must be gutted.

Man, what a way to ruin lives. People don't seem to realise that emails spread like there's no tomorrow.

The companies involved have taken down their websites. Says they're "under construction" - The email has ruined a lot of people for quite some time to come. Feel sorry for them.

Can we leave this thread open? Just to warn anyone eager to see it that it is so shckingly boring it isnt worth trying to google. If you know the people involved it may mean something. Fact is that in truth it is about as interesting as listening to two 16 year old girls you dont know on the bus talking about who got stuck into who at Lisa birthday party and who drank themselves unconscious. I went to a wedding in the UK about 3yrs ago, and it was gas! The bride gave the best man a BJ in the toilets at the reception, then walked up to the local 24hr garage where she worked and fcuked the manager! Then she returned to the reception as if nothing had happened!

The groom knew but was so locked he didn't care! AFAIK they are still together.

I've had a read of this now and I have to its a load of bollox right? The email implies that the baby was 8 weeks (7 weeks and 3 days as of last Wednesday) and that it would have been a girl named Sophie. A Google search says gender can be most accurately determined between the 18th and 26th week of pregnancy. Even assuming that a good guess could be made prior to that how the hell do you do that it at least 10 weeks sooner?

That's via a DNA test and I don't even think it's available in Ireland. Not many people even have scans at 6 or 7 weeks, only if they have had some problems.

When I saw the email, them knowing the sex of the baby at 7 weeks was the first thing that jumped out at me.

Yeah its true. It happened like 2-3 years ago though. He got the wedding annulled the same day so there wasn't a messy divorce. David Letterman was talking about it at the time and the guy was from Florida from what I remember. What a legend!

I wonder what the atmosphere is like in that office now...

your missing the whole point...she named the child, she told him she was gonna have it then went behind his back and killed his unborn child(his view).

It was a load of crappy workplace gossip being let out. Basically she got preggers, told him. They agonized, she aborted. He went mental, according to the email took an od and then sent an email around work detailing all the juicy office tidbits etc that he had gotten from her. Crap like he did some of her work and that she hated X, Y, and Z.

Blown out of proportion in my opinion. Would certainly make things a bit awkward the following monday, but nothing to write home about.

Perhaps someone could just post a "sanitized" version, no names, numbers, locations etc.
