Problem for user : Xennon Since he changed the password , can log in but can't post. Drop down menus don't work after logging in. Has tried different OS / browser, no joy. Made new account , worked fine. thanks.

He is set to "users awaiting confirmation".

He may have changed his email address or password and the confirmation email has been lost. Get him to check his email and his spam/junk inbox for a confirmation mail from boards.

If he has no email then get him to go here and it should send him a new confirmation email. He should click the activation link and should be able to get back in after that.
