Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

GPRSMS or AFT

    hi just wondering which one in your opinion is better, i've been using aft for a while now and think it's great. Is GPRSMS any beter? Are its servers as reliable as the aft ones?

    well basically its does the same thing as aft, just started using it today abit. you can find it at gprsms.net

    Its handy to have 2 apps, if ones down we can use the other!

    Just downloaded this App, works a treat, with AFT down at the moment and reliabilaty not great this app seems to be a sensible choice.

    A few features that would be nice as in AFT.

    1. Mulitiple Accounts
    2. add user to GPRSMS contacts after sending if not already there.
    3. Increase message size.

    Just tried to get onto wap.gprsms.net on my nokia 2630/vodaphone and got a no gateway found error. The net seems fine on it. strange.

    on my e65 under media, where the gallery etc is i have a separate browser and it should work. i saw the same on an o2 e65 so i'd say the e61 is the same. if not, opera mini should do it.

    but having said that, i keep getting and authorisation failed message when i try to install it which is a separate problem that you might have too
