Coaxial TV wiring?

    This is something that I've never been able to find a guide to or do right. How exactly do I wire my tv cable, just the standard type. I just want to stick on one of the heads that goes onto the top and into the tv, but I never know where I'm meant to put the copper insulation...
    Sorry if this is a stupid question. Help appreciated.
