Just a thought for the powers that be/admins

I was thinking what would you think about boards having some sort of online shop selling bits and pieces t-shirts and the likes. It could bring in a little extra cash. Also said bits and pieces could end up being a talking point out in the real world.

I'd like to think we could come up with t-shirts etc that were original enough to be worn on their own. I dont think we would particularly want t-shirts with just BOARDS.IE on them, though some people might want to wear them.

Personally, I'd love a hoodie or a t-shirt with nothing but the two eyes ... 0 o... on the upper right. Kinda like a La Crosse alligator logo thing but only boards peeps would recognise it

Anyway, more importantly would be cheap dvd's, cd's etc etc which we will also sell.

Don't get too excited just yet, we are only at the start of this project but it looks like we're all steam ahead....

Damn you DeV. I had a T-shirt made 5 or 6 years ago using the bloke at the bars eyes. It was o O though, badge like over the left/chest.
Blame Cloud and Figment. They sent me the high res, well highest they had, pic at the time. Can't recall if I told them what I wanted it for at the time!

I dunno. Next thing you know boards.ie will form a mini pigsback type operation using their member and buying power....
