WMPlayer Networking

Ok guys I having few problem with VMplayer, I installed on laptop( WIN XP), and It trying to get “bridged” networking working, for both a Ubuntuu VM and Blacktrack VM. I know I could just use NAT, but play with kismet. I done a bit of googeling but so far none the suggestion have work.
