Hi, Can anyone help me with where to get crystallised ginger for a cake? Is it available in any of the big stores, superquinn, dunnes, marks and spencers? Thanks for any help

I saw some in Tesco in Dundrum just last week while doing the shopping. I would guess from that you would probably find it in most supermarkets.

I also saw it in Mortens in Beechwood amongst the end of line Christmas stuff.

It's definitely in Dunnes and Tesco, so I presume it would be in other large supermarkets.
