Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

Heading to Belfast for the weekend soon. Just wondering, I havent been there since a child but what is there to do there nowadays??

I'm talking more city centre rather than Giants Causeway sort of thing. Just some stuff to do during the day really. Am going to a show on the Saturday night so would like something to do during the day and maybe on Sunday!!

Also anyone know of any good places to eat/drink??

    Thanks :)

Apologies, I should have put this in "Things to do in..."

If someone wouldn't mind moving it, thanks! :)

Did a bus tour of the city a couple of years ago that went through both the Loyalist and Republican parts of the city, and explained a lot of what happened, stopping at murals, etc., as well as going up to Belfast Castle. Wasn't a bad way to pass a couple of hours. It went from the tourist office on Donegall Place, IIRC.

There is another Tourist Bus that leaves from outside Jury's Hotel.
Take a wander down to St Georges Market you can then walk round to Customs House Square have a coffee or Lunch in McHugh's, good for music at night time as well.

Here is link to lots of walks around Belfast
