    Morning all,

    Got a small rad problem.

Back ground, we installed a new rad in the extension we built. It is around 4 meters away from the radiator we took the feed from. All was working fine and dandy, but the past week the rad in the extension is hot at the top, and cold at the bottom.

Now, not sure if this is just coincidence, but we have lost some power in the sink hot tap in the kitchen??

Any one any thiughts before I have to call a plummer and get my pants pulled down!!!

Try Bleeding the system. sounds like an air lock.

It's not air in the rad, if the top is hot - it's bad circulation. Make sure that both ends are open fully. Turn on the rad you took the feed from to see if there might be air trapped in a pipe close to the rad. Turn off that rad and see if that makes a difference. The system may need balancing. Did you turn on another rad or 2 at the other side of the house - that would take from the rad in the extension.
    Just some ideas.
    Jim.
