Flights to Venice, where to ski?

Got some Ryanair cheapies to Venice (Treviso) during the Easter holidays and want to take the family for a quick ski holiday. We should have 3-4 days skiiing, depending on transfer times.

Anyone know of handy ski resorts that are accessible from there? There are two adults and three skiing children, aged between 7 and 11. They are happiest on blues and reds, but will ski blacks in good conditions, We'd prefer somewhere that won't break the budget, and we're not looking for the lap of luxury. We'll sleep in youth hostels or equivelent as long as there is plenty of decent food.

I noticed that the Ryanair website is offering bus transfers to Cortina (might be pricey during the holidays?) and Dobbiaco and Brunico. Anyone know anything about them?

Quick update, we are going to stay in Arabba, which is part of the Stella Ronda, and is a small resort a lot cheaper than Cortina. We have found a B&B for 35 euro each, and young children are half price. The skiing seems to be mostly reds, and goes to 2900m.

Still not sure about transfers, but we'll probably get the Ryanair bus to Cortina and then a taxi to Arabba.
